An Innovative Online Business Plan Competition

The Tony Brower Innovation Exposition (TBIE) sponsored by BMO Nesbitt Burns is one of the most unique business competitions in North America. Applicants from the North American community develop, submit, and showcase their entries entirely through the worlds most advanced medium - the Internet. TBIE stresses the importance of innovation in today’s competitive business world. Attracting industry leaders as speakers, judges and sponsors it inspires competitors and makes the exposition an enriching experience for all parties involved.

The Tony Brower Innovation Exposition has expanded this year. TBIE now has TBIE Jr. This is the same competition, but we have now opened it up to all senior high school students in British Columbia. This is giving high school students the opportunity to explore the business world in an innovative way and gain valuable information from one of our many learning sessions with business professionals. The winners of TBIE Jr. will each win a $500 scholarship for post secondary education and the school represented will also receive a $500 grand prize.

TBIE is an initiative by SIFE TRU of Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia Canada. The 2011 Organizing Committee is excited to host an event that will create amazing opportunities for business students and the TBIE sponsors.
