Hugh Hamilton

Associate General Counsel, Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.

Mr. Hamilton leads the legal team which provides in-house services to the International Division of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS). FIS has been named the number one overall financial technology provider in the world by American Banker and Financial Insights (FinTech 100) and it is part of the S&P 500. In his current practice, Mr. Hamilton is mainly involved in large scale, international technology transactions as well as day to day matters in countries around the world. Mr. Hamilton has also provided internal legal advice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Hamilton was responsible for the international legal affairs of eFunds Corporation prior to its acquisition by FIS. Mr. Hamilton was also General Counsel for Oasis Technology Ltd. and Solect Technology Group Inc.

As an accountant, MBA and senior financial analyst, Gregg has created and used strategic business information to support executive level decision-making in multinational organizations. As a commercial banker for the BC Interior Region, he acted as a consultative financial partner to local businesses. At Venture Kamloops, Gregg is responsible for managing business retention and expansion programs. He is passionate about intra/ entrepreneurial development, and looks to partner with the community and combine past skills and experiences to promote economic growth in start-up and existing Kamloops businesses.

Canadian Tire Retail Store (Chilliwack, BC, Canada)

Marcel Nadeau is the owner of a Canadian Tire Retail Store and has been involved in retail for more than 30 years. Marcel has also been on the CTDA Board of Directors from 2004 to 2008, director for the Chamber of Commerce as well as the Chilliwack Economic Development Board as well as other organizations.

Peoples and Mappins Jewellers (Dallas, TX, USA)

Jo Ann Terry is currently residing in Dallas (Texas, US) and works in the position of Vice President of Peoples and Mappins Jewellers stores (Zale Corporation). Working for 14 years in the company, Jo Ann first started as a District Manager in Ottawa (Ontario), and after work relocations to Vancouver (British Columbia) and Toronto (Ontario), Jo Ann moved to Dallas (Texas) with promotion to the position of Vice President. Prior to work with Zale Corporation, Jo Ann was an Account Executive in Estee Lauder Corporation in Ottawa and the Atlantic provinces
